Alistair McGregor

Chief Operating Officer

Alistair McGregor leads Beaumont&Beaumont's corporate function, including finance, payroll and HR support.

With seven years' experience in delivering solutions for Commonwealth agencies, Alistair is highly regarded for his attention to detail, adaptability and responsiveness in meeting client requirements. He employs specialised knowledge and professional judgement to design effective solutions for complex assignments, with a particular focus on contract labour support for high-risk projects.

Alistair has supported the growth in Beaumont&Beaumont's contract labour support from a value-added service into a key service offering. He was a contract manager for our workforce at the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse from 2013 until its conclusion in late 2017, during which time almost 200 staff were contracted to the Commission. He has overseen the procurement relationship and employment framework for numerous projects, ranging in size from a single contractor to groups of more than 170 working to the same client, often with complex regulatory requirements to be satisfied.

Prior to his current role Alistair was an Associate Consultant in Beaumont&Beaumont's government practice, where he developed his understanding of Commonwealth recruitment and contract management processes through practical experience.

He has also demonstrated his expertise by delivering corporate support services to clients in the private sector, community services and industry organisations.

Alistair is currently studying an MBA, and holds undergraduate qualifications in law and science.
