Brent Crapp is an Associate Consultant who works on non-legal public sector recruitment rounds with large Government clients.
Brent has built a foundational team of over 150 officers for the National Redress Scheme in response to the Royal Commission into institutionalised child sexual abuse and has provided his service to many other Government clients. Brent uses his varied professional experience and general perceptive nature to meet client needs and maintain genuine stakeholder relations.
Prior to his time at Beaumont&Beaumont, Brent took up various senior roles in the customer service industry, developing his client management skills and interacting with a diversity of people. His sociable and relatable nature fosters productive working relationships.
Brent spent a large portion of his early studies undertaking computational chemistry research, using his methodical and critical, evidence-based thinking to investigate complex problems.
Brent has a Bachelor of Science, majoring in biochemistry and specialising in biomedical science, from the Australian National University. Brent is currently studying his MBA whilst working full-time.
