Brent Crapp
Senior Associate Consultant
Brent Crapp is a Senior Associate Consultant who works on non-legal & legal public and private sector recruitment rounds with large Government clients and firms.
Brent has built a foundational team of over 200 officers for the National Redress Scheme in response to the Royal Commission into institutionalised child sexual abuse. Brent also works very closely with other major Commonwealth Government Departments, such as the Department of Defence, where he has built a team of 40 paralegals and other administrative staff from APS4 through to the EL1 level and the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
Brent uses his varied professional experience and general perceptive nature to meet client needs and maintain genuine stakeholder relations. Brent effectively incorporates these skills when communicating with clients across the Commonwealth, which is a testament to his ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Brent works closely with Maya Trims (Associate Consultant) and Sonya Paul (Associate Consultant) on all recruitment projects.
Brent spent a large portion of his early studies undertaking computational chemistry research, using his methodical and critical, evidence-based thinking to investigate complex problems. Brent has also completed his MBA and demonstrates he is able to use the theoretical skills he has learnt in practice.
Brent has a Bachelor of Science, majoring in biochemistry and specialising in biomedical science, from the Australian National University, and he has completed an MBA.
