Fabrizia Luca is a Principal Consultant in Beaumont&Beaumont’s government executive search practice.
Fabrizia’s involvement in the recruitment of Commonwealth senior executives has led to her playing an instrumental role in building the capacity of their respective teams at an executive level.
Fabrizia has managed a range of senior executive and statutory assignments. These have included Agency Head roles and SES positions in a range of functional areas, such as legal, corporate services, policy and service delivery. Fabrizia has particular experience in the education and defence portfolios, as well as the intelligence community. She has significant expertise managing large scale, agency-wide SES recruitment processes, including for Defence and the Fair Work Ombudsman.
Prior to joining Beaumont&Beaumont, Fabrizia spent 14 years in private legal practice, having spent several of these years in a leading national firm. As a result of her extensive legal career, Fabrizia brings her private practice experience and professionalism to every assignment she is involved.
In addition to her legal qualifications, Fabrizia obtained a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Melbourne, with a double major in psychology and criminology.
