Sonya Paul
Associate Consultant
Sonya Paul is an Associate Consultant with Beaumont&Beaumont and has worked across the senior executive recruitment and labour-hire branches of Beaumont&Beaumont, working on non-legal and legal public and private sector recruitment rounds with large Government clients and firms.
Sonya assists with candidate and client engagement for senior executive recruitment while ensuring that recruitment processes are conducted in accordance with APSC, legislative and policy provisions.
Sonya has supported numerous senior executive recruitment assignments. These have included bulk recruitment processes at the Australian Signals Directorate, Department of Defence and Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, as well as statutory appointments, including judges and tribunal members.
Sonya has also supported the recruitment of over 200 officers for the National Redress Scheme in response to the Royal Commission into institutionalised child sexual abuse.
Sonya is currently studying Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Psychology at the Australian National University. From her studies, Sonya has gained specialist knowledge in a range of legal and policy areas which provide a strong basis for her understanding of roles and engagement with clients and candidates.
