Sophie Whittaker

Associate Consultant

Sophie Whittaker has worked across the assisted recruitment, executive search, and labour-hire branches of Beaumont&Beaumont. Currently, she is working under the supervision of Brent Crapp to deliver the labour-hire services offered by Beaumont&Beaumont. As a member of the labour-hire team, Sophie manages several government clients and assists Brent in the delivery of recruitment processes.

During her time at Beaumont&Beaumont, Sophie has performed scribing duties for legal recruitment processes at the Australian Federal Police and recruitment processes at various levels in IMD at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Additionally, she assisted in coordinating and scribing consultation sessions for a leadership position review at the AFP.

Prior to starting at Beaumont&Beaumont, Sophie worked across a broad range of industries, holding administrative positions and supervisor roles in customer service. Through this experience, she developed an interest in organisational consulting and recruitment processes.

Sophie is currently undertaking her Bachelor of Psychology and Laws (Hons) at the Australian National University. Her double degree reflects her passion for learning to understand and respond to human behaviour in scientific and legal contexts.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys going for trail runs around Canberra, spending time with friends and family and playing domestic basketball.
