Victoria Wells assists primarily with senior executive recruitment at Beaumont&Beaumont.
She provides administrative support to Jonathan, as well as assisting with candidate and client engagement and helping to ensure that recruitment processes are conducted in accordance with APSC, legislative and policy provisions.
Victoria has supported a number of executive and senior executive recruitment assignments. These have included bulk recruitment processes at the Fair Work Ombudsman, Department of Defence and Australian Signals Directorate, where she has assisted with fielding candidate enquiries, undertaking preliminary assessment of candidates and drafting selection reports, among other things.
Victoria has also assisted with recruitment processes for specialised legal and non-legal roles at the executive and senior executive levels, including for the Department of Education, Skills and Employment, Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Victoria is currently a full-time student at the Australian National University and will graduate her Bachelor of Laws with honours and Bachelor of Arts majoring in Human Rights and German Language and Culture in 2021. From her study, Victoria’s has gained specialist knowledge in a range of legal and policy areas, which provide a strong basis for her understanding of roles and engagement with clients and candidates, including in the national security and foreign affairs portfolios.
