Sofie Cremer provides executive support to the Directors of Beaumont&Beaumont, bringing high level organisation and professionalism to the practice. She has exceptional people management skills and an aptitude for conflict resolution.
She has extensive experience in several Executive Officer roles since 2007 across the Commonwealth, predominantly in legal practices. Sofie has assisted numerous Senior Executive Officers in the Commonwealth including the Director and Deputy Director of the ACT Director of Public Prosecutions, General Counsels and Chief Operating Officers at Australian Customs and Border Protection Service (now Home Affairs), Comcare and the Department of Social Services.
Sofie has specialist expertise in Executive Office management and was part of the Secretariat to the Commonwealth’s Significant Issues Coordination Committee, which is Chaired by the Commonwealth Attorney General – a role demanding the highest level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality. While performing the role of Secretariat to the General Counsel Working Group at the Attorney General’s Department, Sofie supported a team developing and introducing the Legal Services Multi-Use List.
Sofie has been awarded a Commonwealth Australia Day Award for Above and Beyond Service to the Commonwealth. She is also a Justice of the Peace.
