Senior Associate | Property Law
Beaumont&Beaumont have been engaged by a national top-tier firm to recruit a high-performing Senior Associate.
The role on offer is a rare opportunity to work with a Partner who is a leading industry expert in property law. You will act on complex property transactions and large-scale projects for property trusts, corporations and developers. These matters will be engaging, exciting and challenging for even the most experienced property lawyers.
As the successful candidate, you will have at least 5 years post-admission experience and a minimum of 1-year experience working as a Senior Associate in a reputable top-tier or mid-tier environment within Canberra. Candidates with solid property experience from boutique firms are also encouraged to apply. Through your experience, you will have gained extensive drafting and advisory skills, the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and have excellent stakeholder management skills. You will have also had experience training and mentoring junior lawyers, including graduates, in a fast-paced legal environment.
In return, you will be offered a generous salary package and a working environment that is supportive, friendly and collaborative. The firm also offers a number of incentives, including retail benefits and discounts, subsidised gym memberships, social events and sporting events to support employee health and wellbeing.
Due to the nature of the work and the matters that the successful candidate will be involved in, we are unable to consider applications from lawyers who are not able to undertake the role in Canberra.
