Prior to joining Beaumont and Beaumont, Lisa was a senior leader in several government agencies delivering corporate services in environments of complexity and breadth. Her experience includes SES recruitment, procurement services, learning and development, payroll, physical, personnel and IT security, managing facilities both in Australia and overseas, and leading and inspiring large teams delivering human resources and other corporate services.
Lisa has a proven track record in the delivery of sustainable reform, an ability to translate strategic goals into operational outcomes, and to build high-performing teams. She has an established record of achievements over two SES Band 2 roles, committed to the delivery of better practice service delivery through a customer-centric approach and strong communication.
Lisa has lived the importance of robust recruitment practices to build agile and resilient organisations and drive reform. Lisa has a passion for finding exceptional and talented professionals for your workplace.
Whilst primarily gaining skills in the workplace, Lisa has consolidated her knowledge with an Advanced Diploma of Government (Human Resources) and other postgraduate qualifications.
