When you register with us either by phone, email or by attending our office, we receive and store your Personal Information. Our website does not personally identify you. The Personal Information collected is received by us as an email or by phone or by you giving it to us in an interview situation. It is then stored electronically in our candidate database. It may also be printed and stored in our candidate filing system.
Personal Information is stored in our Canberra based data centre or using Office 365 or Bullhorn data warehouses. In the event that you apply for an overseas position, your Personal Information will only be supplied to a third party overseas with your approval. Beaumont&Beaumont uses the Personal Information you supply to us to place you in suitable employment.
Disclosure to third parties of your Personal Information occurs only with your approval. When you give us approval, your Personal Information may be disclosed to nominated prospective employers.
As Personal Information contained in CVs and resumes is constantly changing we welcome the opportunity to update the Personal Information we hold.
