We began as a specialised legal recruitment agency and now have more than two decades of experience recruiting for the legal profession. Our team includes consultants who have served as the CEO of a national law firm and as senior executives overseeing legal practices within Commonwealth departments. This depth of experience gives us a strong understanding of legally qualified candidates and how to match them to our clients’ needs.
We have supported numerous Chief Counsel and General Counsel appointments across the Commonwealth and have assisted governments with appointments to judicial and quasi-judicial offices, including the Federal Circuit Court, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Fair Work Commission, the Veterans’ Review Board, the ACT Magistrates Court, and ACAT.
We also have over a decade of experience recruiting for sworn and unsworn policing and enforcement roles, including appointments at the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, and Assistant Commissioner levels.
