Senior Associate Consultant
Mia Fitzgerald is a Senior Associate Consultant with Beaumont&Beaumont and has worked across the senior executive recruitment and APS level recruitment, working on non-legal and legal recruitment and scribing rounds with large Government clients.
Mia assists with candidate and client engagement for senior executive recruitment while ensuring that recruitment processes are conducted in accordance with APSC, legislative and policy provisions.
Mia has supported numerous senior executive recruitment assignments. These have included bulk recruitment processes for Australian Federal Police, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Department of Prime Minister & Cabinet and Services Australia.
Mia has a Bachelor of Asian Studies, with a major in Pacific Studies and a minor in Mandarin, from the Australian National University. She is also fluent in Spanish.
