Jonathan Beaumont is the Chief Executive Officer of Beaumont&Beaumont and leads the executive search practice.
With extensive knowledge in Commonwealth recruitment policy and procedure, Jonathan has built a strong reputation throughout the public sector as a trusted advisor. He brings executive-level curiosity to each assignment, and his clients value the insight he provides to panels as they appoint senior public sector leaders.
Jonathan has supported many statutory appointments, including judges and tribunal members. He has also undertaken over 100 executive searches to appoint SES officers. Jonathan has expertise in the law and justice, and workplace relations sectors. He has helped recruit many Commonwealth General Counsel and senior officers in the law enforcement community. He assisted with the recruitment of senior officers of the Fair Work Commission, the Fair Work Ombudsman, the Registered Organisations Commissioner, and the Australian Building and Construction Commissioner.
For nearly a decade before establishing Beaumont&Beaumont, Jonathan was the Chief Executive Officer of a national law firm where he was highly regarded for his ability to steer complex decisions through boards.
He holds an MBA and postgraduate qualifications in finance, and undergraduate degrees in humanities and music
